Description
Located conveniently atop a thermal vent on a small island north of El Gris, Sfiato Caldo is one of the only places in Madrenice run almost completely by Automata, who are the only beings capable of working in such high-temperature environments. The exception being old Lucio Caldo, the plant's director and master of labor, who's reputation for temperament is as hot as Sfiato Caldo's vents. The plant produces the vast majority of power for the city and has been doing so for many years. In the past couple years, older model Automata have been replaced with more modern iterations. This forcible retirement was met with small conflicts and negative feelings towards the new workers. While most government officials tend to leave the workers of Sfiato Caldo to their own devices (literally) occasional check ins.
